is the Managing Director of OAM Consulting and a hospitality entrepreneur with a background in restaurant operations, beverage expertise and company development.

As a trained restaurant professional and certified Barmeister, he combines practical industry experience with an entrepreneurial perspective. His work is grounded in the realities behind hospitality performance, from the guest experience to the structures, economics and people required to deliver it.
